1.1 Refund Eligibility Criteria
Refunds may be granted under the following general conditions:
- The refund request is submitted within the eligible timeframe
- The student has not completed significant portions of the course
- The student has not accessed restricted course materials or resources
- The course has not been completed or a certificate has not been issued

1.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Administrative fees and processing charges
- Third-party service fees
- Printed materials or physical resources that have been shipped
- Digital downloads that have been accessed
- Courses that have been completed
- Certificate issuance fees

2. Course-Specific Refund Policies
2.1 Standard Courses (Online and On-Site)
Full Refund Period: Students may receive a full refund (minus any administrative fees) if they withdraw within 7 calendar days of enrollment and before accessing any course materials or attending any sessions.

2.2 Intensive Boot camps and Short Courses
For intensive programs lasting less than 4 weeks:
- Before Course Start: Full refund (minus administrative fees) if canceled at least 48 hours before the course start date
- Within First Session: 75% refund if withdrawn during or immediately after the first session
- After First Session: No refunds available due to the intensive nature of the program
2.3 Self-Paced Online Courses
For courses that provide lifetime or extended access:
- Within 14 Days: Full refund if less than 20% of course content has been accessed
- 15-30 Days: 50% refund if less than 40% of course content has been accessed
- After 30 Days: No refunds available
2.4 Subscription-Based Access
For monthly or annual subscription services:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are not provided for partial months. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- Annual Subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds may be provided within the first 60 days if less than 25% of available content has been accessed

3. Special Circumstances

3.2 Course Cancellation by TechMind Academy
If we cancel a course for any reason, students will receive:
- Full refund of all fees paid, including administrative charges
- Option to transfer enrollment to an equivalent course at no additional cost
- Notification at least 7 days before the scheduled course start date (when possible)
- Refund processing within 10 business days of cancellation notice
3.3 Technical Issues
If significant technical problems prevent access to course materials:
- Students must report issues within 48 hours of occurrence
- We will work to resolve technical issues within 5 business days
- Course access may be extended to compensate for downtime
- Partial refunds may be considered if issues cannot be resolved and significantly impact learning
3.4 Course Content Discrepancies
If course content significantly differs from advertised descriptions:
- Students may request a full refund within 14 days of course start
- Evidence of discrepancy must be provided
- Alternative course options may be offered
- Course descriptions are occasionally updated; minor variations do not qualify for refunds
4. Refund Request Process
4.1 How to Request a Refund

4.3 Refund Method

5. Transfers and Deferrals
